Green Mountain Lavender is a new, 14 acre Lavender Farm in the Beautiful hills of Springfield, Vt. Established in 2024, we grow five different varieties of Culinary lavenders from the Lavandula angustifolia species.

known as True lavenders, or English lavenders, our Hidcote, Munstead, Sachet, Folgate and Royal Velvet varieties grow in a range of vivid purples and make for a sweet, mild addition to both savory dishes and confections.

We also farm one variety of Lavandin (or French Hybrid lavender) from the Lavadin X Intermedia species, with our 'phenomenal' variety growing in heady, fragrant spikes perfect for sachets, bouquets, soaps and other fragrance based lavender products.

We plan to open to the public for pick your own and farm visits in the summer of 2026.
