ABOUT US

Green Mountain Lavender is a new, 14 acre lavender farm in the beautiful hills of Springfield, VT. Established in 2024, we grow five different varieties of culinary lavenders, or true lavenders, from the Lavandula angustifolia species ( Hidcote, Munstead, Sachet, Folgate and Royal Velvet). 

We also farm one variety of Lavandin (Hybrid or 'French' lavender) from the Lavadin X Intermedia species, with our 'Phenomenal' variety growing in heady, fragrant spikes that are perfect for sachets, bouquets and other fragrance based lavender products.

We plan to welcome people to the farm for a few 'Friends and Family' Open Days in July, 2025. Want to join? Follow our FB or Instagram accounts for updates!

GML is set to open to the general public in the summer of 2026.

In the meantime, you can purchase our lavender products via our online shop, or in person at Pete's Stand in Walpole, NH (May-December), at local farmer's markets or at our little self-serve store in nearby Chester, VT (@theShantyVT).
